How many can view at a time? I need at least 25 users at a time.

Unlimited number of users can view at a time! (practically speaking, probably thousands).

Hi Support team, so when in the plan says included 2 users , for example, that means are the users can edit the map? and not the people or users can view it? Thanks

When you have a plan with 2 users it means that you can select 2 users as editor. If you put the map as Public or Secret-link, then unlimited users can view it.
