Registered users make changes to the map on a website (JSON / Javascript)

Hello. Is it possible for registered users on my website to make changes to the map I have created on MapHub?
More specifically, I would like to make a quiz, and the user’s answer to change things (add/remove certain elements) in the map.
I think this could be possible with some kind of JSON / Javascript combination.
Is this even possible?

This is not possible currently, but a JSON API is in the works.
