There, the English labels are correct (Zhytomyr and Kirovohrad), compared to the map itself (Zhitomir and Kirovograd).
OK, I found out what is the reason, there must have been a renaming recently which fixes them. It’ll be fixed when I regenerate the full planet dataset next time.
