I was wondering how can I embed a map into a website post. The result I’m looking for is that people can see the map, and interactively check the descriptions of the items (in my case will be polygons) when clicking on them, but without the possibility of adding changes. Is it possible?

Hi Marta,
Yes, it is possible! What you need to do is click Share / Generate code.
This will give you an iframe code, which you can insert into your website!
Are you using a Wordpress based website? If so, you might need to use an iframe plugin to help you with this.
