We need to change the description and URL for the items within a group. Unfortunately there are nearly 700 items so it is impossible to do this manually for each item. It would be better if we could bulk edit the entire group. Also it would be great if we could add html to the popup data description when you click an item so we can add a custom button and images.

Do you have anyone on the team with some entry-level programming experience? You can do this very easily by editing the GeoJSON file. Click Download / GeoJSON and have a look.
You can add almost HTML to the descriptions: Markdown. Have a look at Markdown tutorials or read here in the forum, how to use it to add images, etc.

Can we perhaps have some more instructions on how to do this. For people with no programing experience… i ran into the same problme 
Right now, it is possible to change the color and icon in bulk edit. If you’d need to do some advanced logic with the titles or descriptions, it is not possible at the moment.
There will be a version of MapHub which features data-driven maps, mixing a table with a map, but this is very far away. Currently you can only do this with programming.
