Display "umlauts"

Hi, we would like to write the information on a map in German, but “umlauts” like ä, ö, ü are then not displayed correctly. Instead of the umlauts a question mark icon appears (see picture below, it should be “Nächstgelegene Ortschaft”).

Is there a way that the umlauts are displayed correctly?
