Suggestion for an internal search engine

Dear staff, first of all thanks for this wonderful instrument. I have two question about the map I would like to create.
It’s about a community of people in the world, so every pin marks a name and surname.
It would be very useful, then, to have an internal search engine where you write a name or surname of a person you know and the map shows immediately the city where he is locate.

Thanks for your words! What you are proposing is very similar to what many have asked for filtering the items. We are thinking about how to implement it best. Also, do you have any idea how many people would you like to add to the map?
